Returns Policy

Our very simple policy: we want our customers to be fully satisfied and therefore we accept returns on printed and unprinted items; claim has to be received within 5 working days after receiving the goods. No claim will be accepted after these 5 days. Please see details of our Returns Policy in the footer section.

DELIVERY

Dispatch: within 5 working days for stock items, 15 working days for on demand items up to 1,000 units
Large volume orders: lead time to be discussed with our production team
Free shipping within SA for all products on a minimum purchase of R1,500
International delivery time: on request, depending of volume and destination

RETURNS
